1. Once the document is completed, click on the file name to open the document editor.
Alternatively, hover over the document to display the Action menu, then click Edit.
2. Click on the Target segment to edit the translated text.
3. There are three available options:
From left to right,
First icon: To approve the segment after you've made changes
Second icon: To view translation options
Third icon: To view the segment history
4. Translation Options
Here are other options available from your resources for your current translation.
5. Alternative Translations.
Select the text and click the Alternative Translations icon to see all the available alternative translations for the same text.
6. Click on the check mark to approve the changes.
7. Segment History.
Previous segment options can be restored or viewed.
8. Download the document.
Click on Download, and then Download PPTX.
