Translation Memory Cleaner takes a Translation Memory and uses A.I. to determine the quality of the matches and removes entries according to the selected processing level.
1. Log into ai.alexatranslations.com
2. Click on "TM Cleaner"
3. Select Output Format(s)
4. Select Processing Level
- There are four processing levels to help customize the cleaning process depending on the data you are working with.
- More strict data cleaning results in fewer total Translation matches but guarantees a higher overall quality level.
5. Click on “Drop Files Here or Click to Browse”
Drag and drop or click to upload files in any of the supported TM formats (MXLIFF, SDLXLIFF, TMX, XLS, and XLSX).
6. Select Language Direction
7. Click on the “Clean” button
