Here’s how we ensure your data is protected at every step:
We only partner with LLM providers that offer enterprise-grade data protection policies. Your data is never used to train or fine-tune any models. The LLMs we utilize do not retain or reuse your data after processing. Once the translation job is completed, the LLM immediately discards your data, ensuring it’s never stored, learned from, or shared.
2. Enterprise-Grade Security Infrastructure
Security & Data Privacy: Your data is protected through secure infrastructure and strict privacy practices, including end-to-end encryption, access controls, and compliance with industry standards.
SOC 2 Type 2 Compliance: The LLM providers we work with meet the SOC 2 Type 2 standard, meaning their systems and processes have been independently audited to ensure they protect customer data over time.
3. Data Residency
Our solution is built on Amazon AWS Canada infrastructure that prioritizes Canadian data residency. In some cases we strategically leverage translation models hosted in US regions only when required for optimal performance. However, we implement robust data protection measures including in-transit encryption and ephemeral processing to ensure client data is never stored outside Canada, with all inputs and outputs immediately returned to Canadian servers for secure delivery and storage, following the zero data retention policy.
